I title this “maybe step two”. It could just as easily be, step one. Doesn’t really matter.
Things happen in our lives that we have absolutely no control over. You get pushed and pulled from every direction and put in situations that you try to deal with. You try to get by, knowing full well, there is nothing you can do about it, and you will have to live with it.
Acceptance. That is what, you are trying to do. Accept the situation and learn to live with it; eventhough, every day is more miserable than the last.
The only thing you need to Accept is the fact that you are in control of your life. You are the only one that can change the situation.
That’s when you need to step back, reassess, and take the steps neccesary to change the situation.
Acceptance – You are the only person in the world that is responsible for your life and your situation, and You are the only person in the world that can change it.
